Are you having a hard time finding the perfect cowboy boot fit? Then let Sheplers show you exactly how comfortable cowboy boots are supposed to feel.
- Find the correct size. Keep in mind that socks can add a ½ size to your feet, so you might want to go up a size in order to make sure that you end up with comfortable cowboy boots. For those that are in-between sizes, we recommend ordering the larger of the two sizes. Also, for those with narrow feet, order a ½ size smaller than your normal size; if you have wider feet, order a ½ size bigger in order to get the right cowboy boot fit.
- The heel slippage is temporary. This means that your heel will slightly slide up each time you take a step. After you have worn them for a while, the leather will conform to your foot shape and the heel slippage will stop. The more you wear them, the faster you will have comfortable cowboy boots.
- Look for a snug cowboy boot fit. When you first put them on, don’t freak out if the cowboy boot fit is snug; sit down, grab onto the pull straps at the top of the shaft, and push your foot through to the foot of the boot.
